Fire Resistant Gypsum Board is designed for interior wall, partition and ceiling systems where enhanced fire resistance is required. It is made with a fire-resistant gypsum core reinforced with fiberglass and special additives.
Fire Resistant Gypsum Board is designed for interior wall, partition and ceiling systems where enhanced fire resistance is required. It is made with a specially formulated gypsum core reinforced with fiberglass and fire-resistant additives, helping improve core stability under high temperature conditions.
This board is suitable for residential, commercial and project-based construction applications, including fire-rated partitions, corridors, ceilings, stairwells, shafts and other interior areas where fire performance is an important design requirement.
Fire resistant gypsum board consists of a treated gypsum core with fiberglass reinforcement and fire-resistant additives. Strong facing and backing paper liners are bonded to the core to support board strength, handling and installation performance.

Fire resistant gypsum board is suitable for interior construction areas where improved fire performance is required, including:
Fire resistant gypsum board can be fixed to metal or timber framing systems with drywall screws. Tapered edge boards allow joints to be reinforced with joint tape and joint compound for a smooth finishing surface.
Fire performance depends on the complete wall or ceiling system, including board thickness, number of layers, framing, screw spacing, insulation, joint treatment and project installation method. The board should be used according to the required fire-rated assembly design and local building requirements.
Fire resistant gypsum board provides enhanced fire resistance when used in suitable tested wall or ceiling systems. It should not be described as fireproof in isolation, because the final fire rating depends on the complete system design and installation conditions.
Fire resistant gypsum board can be packed on pallets with protective covering or according to order requirements. Please provide the required size, thickness, quantity and destination port, and our team will provide packing and loading information for your quotation.
Fire resistant gypsum board is used for interior wall, partition and ceiling systems where enhanced fire performance is required, such as corridors, stairwells, public buildings and commercial interiors.
Fire resistant gypsum board has a specially formulated core reinforced with fiberglass and additives to improve core stability under heat. Regular gypsum board is mainly used for standard dry interior applications.
No. Fire rating depends on the complete wall or ceiling assembly, including board thickness, layers, framing, insulation, fixing method and joint treatment.
